[MAYA] Car Auto-Rig

Rig a car in under a minute!

INSTALLATION

1. Copy both the scripts and icons folder into your prefs folder.
(eg: C:\Users\*username*\Documents\maya\20xx\prefs\scripts)

2. To call the auto-rig, use this line in Maya:

import AutoRig_Car
reload(AutoRig_Car)

Feel free to save it on the shelf as a shortcut. If the python file is placed correctly, it should open the auto-rig.

MODEL SETUP

For the script to work, please setup your meshes in this hierarchy. An example picture is included.

eg:

Main_Group
↳ Chassis_GRP
↳ Wheels_GRP
